Shipping from United States
We ship everything via USPS or FedEx, our choice, with a delivery confirmation. Shipping normally takes 1 - 5 business days, however it can take longer. Please note during the Holiday Season the shipping timeframe is expected to take longer.
Pkgs. under 1 lb. qualify for First Class Mail. Pkgs. 1 lb. and over qualify for Priority Mail. All shipping upgrades are by request.
Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. One Source cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the USPS or FedEx. We will guarantee the ship date (unless issues or questions occur) but not the delivery date. If your package shows that it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office immediately.
Express shipping for USPS and FedEx is upon request.

If you wish to place a pickup order, we are located at 4420 Elms Road, Swartz Creek, Michigan. Use the code PICKUPORDER to remove the shipping cost (only available for orders picked up). Pickup orders should be placed no later than 3pm. Please allow 2 hours processing. Orders may be picked up Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Fridays only we are closed for lunch from 12-1). Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy and would like a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If a refund is granted, we will refund you the cost of the items excluding the shipping charges after the item(s) have been returned. They must be returned in their original condition.
Keep in mind that our color charts are a graphic sample of available colors. It is as close to the product color as possible - but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart as computer monitor settings vary.
If there's a question about a delivered order, we reserve the right to request detailed photos of front and back of product in question for resolution.
Vinyl may be +/- up to 1/4" in measurement
If you need to make a change to your order and you do not receive an email confirmation regarding the change, please call 810-635-8844, so we can hold your order and make the change before it ships. We will not be held responsible for any changes which you did not receive a confirmation and have already shipped.

If you find an issue with your order (missing item, etc.) please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will audit your order for shipping weight and size. We may also require a pic. to determine a color. If we find there is an issue, we will ship the missing product or refund at our discretion.
If you have an issue with any product you've received from One Source (within the timeframe of 7 days of delivery), please make sure to send pics. with your message (description of the issue). If we cannot solve the problem, we will contact the manufacturer and send your message and pics. for their analysis. You will be contacted as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
