Metallic foil Transfer is a special eye catching graphic effect for t-shirts. It produces a shiny “metal-appearing” surface on various types of fabrics by using a heat press or home iron.

Heat Transfer Foils can be applied using a cuttable adhesive such as Siser EasyWeed Adhesive.

EasyWeed Adhesive Applies to:

• 100% cotton
• Poly/cotton blends
• 100% polyester

EasyWeed Adhesive is CPSIA Certified, so it can be used for decorating children’s clothing and apparel.

Application Instructions: (heat press)

• Cut (Adhesive) in reverse
• Weed excess material
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 275°F/135°C
• Use medium pressure for 5-10 seconds
• Peel carrier hot

Application instructions: (home iron)

• Cut (Adhesive) in reverse
• Weed excess material
• Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
• Cover design with teflon sheet or parchment paper
• Place on flat hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
• Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
• Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
• If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
and re-press for 5 seconds
• Peel carrier hot

Application instructions: (HTV textile foil)

• Cut the foil 1/2" to 1" inch bigger than the designed image
• Place foil over top of the image / must be applied shiny side up.
• Cover Foil with Teflon Sheet
• Heat press 10-15 sec. at 300-325° F / Medium even pressure
• Cool Peel Foil / Rub with a cloth, let cool completely, then peel.

Care instructions:

• wait 24 hours after application to wash
• do not dry clean
• machine wash normal cycle, cold/warm with mild detergent
• lay flat to dry or machine dry on low/normal setting
• do not use chlorine bleach

We ship everything via USPS or FedEx, our choice, with a delivery confirmation. Shipping normally takes 1 - 5 business days, however it can take longer. Please note during the Holiday Season the shipping timeframe is expected to take longer.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. One Source cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the USPS or FedEx. We will guarantee the ship date (unless issues or questions occur) but not the delivery date.

If you wish to place a pickup order, we are located at 4420 Elms Road, Swartz Creek, Michigan. Use the code PICKUPORDER to remove the shipping cost (only available for orders picked up). Pickup orders should be placed no later than 3pm. Please allow 2 hours processing. Orders may be picked up M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Friday only we are closed for lunch from 12-1). Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Returns and exchanges will be granted on a case by case basis. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are unhappy and would like a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If a refund is granted, we will refund you the cost of the items excluding the shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Keep in mind that our color chart is a graphic sample of available colors. It is as close to the product color as possible - but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart as computer monitor settings vary.

We reserve the right to request detailed photos of front of back of product in question for resolution.
